Spanish Health Insurance (SpanishHealthInsurance.es) is an independent, English-language information and comparison website about private health insurance in Spain. We help expats, retirees, families, students, digital nomads and visa applicants understand their options and find suitable cover.

We are not an insurer and we are not tied to any single insurer. We aim to explain the Spanish system — visas, co-pays, networks, costs — clearly and neutrally, and to point you to cover that fits your situation.

How we help

You can use the quote form to tell us your situation and we'll help you compare suitable options. Enquiries are arranged through 247 Expat Insurance, a regulated insurance intermediary, and the insurers it works with.

How we make money

If you take out a policy after enquiring through us, the arranging intermediary may earn a commission from the insurer. This never changes the price you pay and doesn't affect the neutral information on this site.
